EGPWS Online Course starts with an overwiev of EGPWS definitions & terms, brief history of EGPWS and Controlling Documents. The course then focuses on EGPWS Concepts and Systems. The EGPWS Models section of the course addresses Excessive Descent Rate, Excessive Closure with Terrain, Altitude Loss after Takeoff, Unsafe Terrain Clearance, Excessive Deviation Below Glide slope, Advisory Callouts, Windshear Alerting.
