This chapter presents aircraft ice and rain protection systems with the following outline: – Detection of ice accretion – Engine and wing ice protection – Horns anti icing – Propeller anti icing – Windows heating – Probes heating – Rain removal – Aircraft performance monitoring – Normal operation Courses are constantly monitored and updated when major change in authority documentation is released.
