Course Information
ICAO Annex 1 includes the standards and recommended practices of personnel licensing which was first adopted by the Council on 14 April 1948 pursuant to the provisions of Article 37 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation. Every member state of ICAO shall comply with the requirements of Annex 1, however member states may have national differences about personnel licensing. The Council has to be notified of the differences between their national regulations and the International Standards contained in this Annex. In addition to this notification, the contracting states have to publish such differences in their national AIP. Courses are constantly monitored and updated when major changes in authority documentation are released.
