021-10 PISTON ENGINES

Course Information

The main function of the aircraft engine is to move the aircraft in the air by converting heat energy into mechanical energy. It also supplies hydraulic power, electrical power and bleed air for pneumatic system. There are two different types of aircraft engine: piston type engine and gas turbine engine. This section is about piston type engine. Courses are constantly monitored and updated when major changes in authority documentation is released.
