In this part, we study the flight guidance function of Flight Management and Guidance System. Here is the outline: Flight director, Autopilot, Speed/Mach control, Autopilot/Flight Director lateral guidance modes, Autopilot/Flight Director vertical guidance modes, Mode reversions, Autopilot/Flight Director common modes, Autothrust, Autothrust modes, Flight Mode Annunciator. Courses are constantly monitored and updated when major changes in authority documentation is released.
