Welcome to North Atlantic High Level Airspace course. This NAT-HLA course will concern all the information about operating in North Atlantic HLA airspace. This course is an update of a similar course Minimum Navigational Performance Specifications-MNPS. It includes the following: Operational Approval and System Requirements, Organized Track System, Flight Planning, Oceanic ATC Clearance, Communication, Flight Operations and Navigational Procedures, Navigational System Degredation or Failure, Special Procedures for Inflight Contingencies.
